Service Description

Observation time provides an opportunity to learn more about the operations of the Southwest Regional Communications Center (SWRCC) and experience a public safety communications center firsthand. Visitors will observe our team as they process emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatch public safety resources, and coordinate communications throughout the region.
